Hands on sushi Making $55
This sushi class will take the intimidation out of this Japanese delight. Participants will learn how to prepare sushi rice without using the traditional sugar and salt ingredients. Students will choose from a variety of ingredients to create their own unique sushi rolls. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options are available (vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options available).
Pickling and Charcuterie class: $50
In this class students will learn how to make homemade pickles as well as accouterments for their own charcuterie board. Then we will learn how to artfully present and set up a charcuterie board for your next home dinner party!
Salad in a Jar Class: $50
Want to keep your summer body all year round? Learn how to meal prep for the week when facing all the seasons temptations. Each student will take home 5 salads in a jar along with homemade dressings (vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options available).
Meal Prep and Crock Pot Class: $50
In this class you'll learn how to make to meals in advance to throw in the crockpot on busy days to help you make healthy choices.
In this class students will help make and enjoy both a savory, cheesy fondue dip and a sweet chocolatey fondue dip along with learn how to prep the sides that go with them.
Appetizer Class: $50
Students will learn how to make savory dishes like salsa, hummus and mini caprese salads as well as sweet ones such as chocolate chip cream cheese dip.
Kid's Cooking Class:$50 (Ages 4+)
Children will learn how to make yummy recipes from scratch and participate in each step along the way. $50 per child, $5 off additional siblings. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options available.
Hands Rolled Pasta: $50
Students will get the chance to learn about the traditional methods of making hand rolled pasta along with how to make marinara sauce from scratch (vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options available.)
Mediterranean Chicken: $50
Students will make pan fried chicken breast topped with cherry tomatoes, feta cheese, cucumber, kalamata olives a balsamic reduction. Chicken is served with a side of rice mixed in a light Greek vinagarette (vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options available).
This classic Spanish dish will include one of the world’s most sought after spices, saffron, along with fresh seafood, chicken and sausage all cooked in a shallow paella pan (gluten free).
This class will focus on combining a variety of spices and herbs to create an authentic chicken and couscous dish filled with exotic preserved lemons and wild mountain capers (vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options available.)
Thai Coconut Curry: $50
In this class, we will prepare a delicious chicken appetizer with a homemade peanut sauce. Afterwards we will learn how to prepare Thai-flavored coconut curry (vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options available.)
Ravioli Making: $50
Starting with a basic pasta dough recipe, each student will learn how to make ravioli by hand.
Sweet Potato Gnocchi: $45
This hands-on class takes the mystery away from the art of making Italian style potato pasta. It’s made with a brown butter balsamic sauce with a side of seasonal veggies (vegan and vegetarian options available.)
